Our Black Diamond Lager is much more approachable than those you find on the slopes. Our schwarzbier, aka black lager, has bold roasted flavors, yet it’s dry as they come. Robust notes of bittersweet chocolate meld with the crispiness of a lager to produce that perfectly drinkable, dark, rainy day/cold weather beer.
ABV: 5.6%
Bright and fruity Belgian Golden Ale. Brewed with local Hudson Valley Pilsner Malt, we've added plenty of wheat and oats to soften the mouthfeel. Pillowy soft, with delicate notes of rose petals, a slight earthiness, and a Juicy Fruit bubblegum finish, this ale feels like that last hour of daylight

Hazy imperial red ale, copiously hopped with NY grown Emerald Sapphire, Chinook, and Centennial hops. Who you jivin' with that Cosmik Debris?

Prost! Created from Munich malts and Hallertau hops, our traditional Festbier has undergone a month of lagering. Sporting a brilliant golden color, with the aroma of a hayfield in October, each sip is like a bite of fresh baked bread with notes of earthy honey lingering through the finish. Let us celebrate the harvest with a bounty of Fest Bier.

Welcome to Autumn with our Pumpkin Ale. Over 3 lbs of pumpkin puree have been added to this Amber ale during the mash. After fermentation, we give it a healthy dose of pumpkin pie spices. A great companion for your harvest festivities, or even for Thanksgiving dessert.

A note from the Brewer: “Growing up I spent many summers camping on lakes in the Adirondacks. When I was old enough to drink, I would pack very specific pale ales that I favored for lakeside lounging. For me, beers have a time and place in my life attached to them. Whether I was living in Maine, California or New York, I had the same craving whenever I set up camp near a lake. So I set out to brew the beer in my head that brings me back to standing lakeside, shin deep in cool waters, with nothing planned for the night other than to watch the sunset behind tall trees and sit by the fire. I hope this beer brings you to that place as well. Cheers.”
SEASONAL SUMMER/FALL

This brew packs a serious punch. Dry hopped with Idaho 7, El Dorado, and featuring NY grown Paradigm Hops, with notes of papaya and ripe cantaloupe, this is one DIPA makes it all wash away.

Maine inspired hazy IPA, with notes cantaloupe, tropical fruit, and lemon peel. Generously dry hopped with Mosaic, Citra, and Chinook hops.

This is Jeremy’s Patented Award Winning Crowd Pleasing Over the top peanut butter stout. The base is an oatmeal stout, giving it an extra creamy mouthfeel. Cocoa nibs and vanilla are steeped in the fermentation tank, and “liquid peanut butter” is added to the brite tank before packaging.
That’s Speedway Pils for short. This Italian Pilsner is brewed with rustic Italian pilsner malt, and then dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Motueka hops, showcasing notes of white grape and peach. At 5.3%, this hoppy pilsner is the perfect addition to any summer barbecue.
SEASONAL SPRING/SUMMER
Turing English ESB is meant to be a balanced, crushable beer. This traditional Extra Special Bitter’s low ABV allows one to have a few pints and still make it home. Not as hop forward as the pale ale, it’s meant to showcase the intricate malt character. The piney hops provide balance to the caramel/biscuit malt profile.
Our super juicy NEIPA features El Dorado, Amarillo, and Jarrylo hops. This beer features notes of orange creamsicle, and of course, lots of juicy hops.
An homage to a home-brew legend Mike “Tasty” McDole, this recipe has been brewed by most home brewers in the country at one point, with many taking liberties with his base recipe. We made a hop substitution, and added more black malt for color. This American Brown Ale stays bold with rich chocolate flavors, balanced bitterness, and a hint of orange rind from the dry hop.
This is a traditional American stout with coffee added, and then nitrogenated. Like most American beers, this stout is bigger and bolder than the English, or Irish stout. The coffee is from our neighbors at Gipfel Coffee, and the variety is their “Indo Noir” blend of French Roasted Sumatran and Guatemala Viennese. There is nothing better than a creamy glass of nitrogenated cold brew coffee… other than a nitrogenated cold brew coffee beer.
Our super crushable German Pilsner is brewed with Pilsner Malt and a touch of Vienna malt, Hallertau hops, and traditional German Yeast. After fermentation, we let the beer “lager” for at least 2 weeks, meaning we lower the temperature of the fermenter and let it age. Happy Pilsner has a bit more body than your American Pilsner, with notes of fresh cut grass and Ritz crackers.
California Dreamin’ is our newest experimental IPA. Brewed with pale malt and wheat, we aggressively dry hopped with Centennial and El Dorado hops, then added a subtle amount of oranges and vanilla to take this beer to the next level. Bright orange flavor throughout. One sip of this one will have you California dreamin’ on such a winter’s day.
Next up in our S.M.A.S.H. Series (Single Malt And Single Hop) we are featuring El Dorado Hops. Brewed with 100% Hudson Valley Malt Pale malt, this beer has been copiously hopped with El Dorado, hitting you with waves of watermelon candy and juicy stone fruit. Beat the summer heat with a hazy IPA.
Our flagship beer that we have been brewing since the start of the pandemic and the opening of our brewery. Pours an amber color, this beer features notes of fresh baked bread and orange pith, with a sturdy malt backbone and resiny citrus Pacific Northwest hops.
At 9.5% ABV, this beer is not a half stepper. Double Dry Hopped with Citra, El Dorado, and Amarillo, this five foot assassin boasts hoppy notes of peach and nectarine, and is reserved for serious hop heads. Consume this one responsibly, or it’ll have you buggin’ out.
This particular SMASH uses Pale ale malt and Cascade hops. But we know that’s not the feature of this beer. All of that is the blank canvas to which the watermelon takes over. Summer is fleeting, and so is this beer. Enjoy it while it lasts.
SEASONAL SUMMER
This clever Belgian wit beer was brewed with orange peel, coriander, and chamomile. The bubblegum yeast character is balanced with an earthy undertone of the chamomile, complimented with a bitter orange and spicy coriander.
This American Porter will have you feeling Island vibes with toasted coconut, cacao nibs and vanilla. We tossed in heaping mounds of toasted coconut into the fermenter with reckless abandon, and it shows. Coconut dominates this beer, with a roasted cacao nib finish, all balanced out with a touch of vanilla.
Brewed for our friends at Norte Azul Cantina, this Mexican Lager is brewed with Pilsner and Vienna malt with a touch of flaked corn, finished off with coriander and key lime juice. Bright and juicy key lime dominates this summer crusher.
SEASONAL SPRING/SUMMER
Hold on to your flapper hats. Juice Joint NEIPA is double dry hopped with Comet, El Dorado, and Emerald Sapphire. With its hotly-totsy golden haze, it boasts juicy notes of blood orange, bubble gum, and pineapple. Now you're on the trolley!
Brewed at the end of sugaring season with local maple syrup and cold steeped Sumatra Viennese coffee from Gipfel Coffee. Rich coffee notes meld wonderfully with the pale chocolate and caramel malts, and the maple syrup gives it a dark and slightly smoky finish. A hint of vanilla was added to round out any edges that might have been. This beer is a great after dinner sipper, or perhaps with your pancakes and bacon in the morning.
Drink good beer!
